WAFFLE SOCIAL CLUB

Waffles are a family affair for us.  I grew up eating my Grandfather's homemade waffles since... well, as long as I can remember!  I took Goggie's amazing waffle recipe and have worked towards perfecting it over the last 20 years.  At the request of our two kids, my wife Lindsay and I have made waffles almost every weekend since then!  This is a yeast-batter that rises overnight like a loaf of bread; a process that yields a crispy, tender, lightweight gem of a waffle.

We have always hosted neighborhood waffle parties where we supply the batter and our friends supply their own waffle irons and we have loads of fun as a community.  I woke up one night several years ago having had a dream about opening a restaurant where we build the waffle irons right into the tables and everyone makes their own waffles at their table.  That was when it was born - the idea for Waffle Social Club.
